All services are provided based on project scope, quotation, and agreement shared with the client.
3. Quotes and Payments
- All project quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
- A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or before delivery of final files.
- Payments are non-refundable once a project has commenced, as design work involves creative time and resources.
- Any delay in payment may result in suspension of ongoing work or project delivery.
4. Project Revisions and Approval
- We offer a set number of revisions as per the selected package or proposal.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
- Final approval by the client represents acceptance of the completed work.
After approval, any further changes will be treated as a new request and may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All original design concepts, layouts, and code remain the property of Digital DakshArt until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (designs, website files, etc.) is transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- The client is responsible for securing rights to any images, fonts, or content provided to us for use in their project.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for the project.
- Supply required text, logos, or images in a timely manner.
- Review and approve drafts promptly to avoid project delays.
- Ensure that submitted materials do not infringe on any copyright or trademark.
7. Website Hosting and Maintenance
- Hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
- Digital DakshArt is not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party hosting providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver professional and high-quality results. However:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
- We make no guarantees regarding website traffic, rankings, or business performance resulting from our work.
9. Confidentiality
All client information and project details are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice.
In case of client-initiated termination:
- Work completed up to that point will be billed proportionally.
- Any deposits made are non-refundable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
